In fact, I remember stumbling across a page that explained the reasoning behind it (I think it was to make kids with that kind of speech problem feel better about themselves), but I couldn't re-find it. But yeah, we DVR Sesame Street at home and Baby Bear heavy episodes are frequently 'accidentally deleted'. There may be a reason for his speech, but he still sucks.
